Laerte Davi Cleto, Public Policy Specialist, Ministry of Communications
Laerte Davi Cleto is Electronic and Telecommunications Engineer and Master in Computer Science/Microelectronics.
He worked for five years in Berlin (Germany) developing communication systems at Siemens A.G. Private Networks division.
After that he joined Centro Universitário Positivo as professor and coordinator of the Electrical Engineering program.
In 2007 he joins Brazilian Federal Administration as Public Policy Specialist and was assigned to IP and NGN actions at the Ministry of Communications. He is responsible for analyzing innovative projects supported by public investments funds in the IP/NGN area.
