Founding member of Grupo Convergencia and Convergencialatina board member, the leading telecommunications information leader service in the region.

He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1965 and holds a degree in Communications  (Universidad de Buenos Aires) specializing in Communications Policies.

Reporter with a 15-year track record in graphic media, radio and TV. He was “Convergencia Telemática” and “Redes Corporativas” newsletter editor and editorial advisor to Citel XX1, the Inter-American Telecommunications Commission from the Organization of American States and the magazine Alacel, from the Latin American Association of Cell Operators.

He has managed the Grupo Convergencia’s research & consultancy unit since 1999. He has published several studies on the Latin American telecommunications market and has participated as a speaker in different international events in the industry.

He was designated by the US Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) as a reviewer of its “2007 Market Review and Forecast”
