Tito Ryff graduated in Economy by the “Faculté de Droit et Science Economiques de L’Université” in 1968 and in the same establishment he took a Masters in Economy. In England he specialized in Agriculture Economy in the University of Oxford.

In his public career he has had important jobs on federal, state and municipal spheres. He was elected a councilman in 1989 and a state deputy in 1991. In the State Government he has served as the Secretary of Agriculture, on the Workmanships and Public Services, the Economic Development and Tourism and Planning departments.
