Pedro Carlos has a proven track record in Telco experience, which goes back to 1990. Pedro was founder and chairman of IP Global, a leading Business ISP in Portugal in the 90s. Prior to that, Pedro was a Senior Project Manager at INESC and a senior consultant for EURESCOM. Pedro Carlos’ background comes with a master in Electronics & Computer Engineering and a BA degree in the same subject |
