Li Huai Yu, COO Best TV, Shanghai Media Group


Huai Yu Li, master degree of Shanghai JiaoTong University, 34 years old, has rich experience in the media industry, and previous to SMG he used to be the CTO of Shanghai Network Co., Ltd.

As the chief designer of Shanghai cable network, the biggest two-way broadband cable network in China, Mr Li successfully led the two-way cable TV network reconstruction project for three million homes passed, acknowledged by the municipal government with many prizes.

Advocating two-way broadband cable network, he fully developed broadband data and VOIP and other value-added telecom business. Moreover, under the leadership of Mr Li, SMGBB successfully cooperates with the on-line store on Microsoft media player, firstly introducing DRM in the field of national media and digital home project. Through all these explorations and cooperation, Mr Li has become an authority in the field of national new media.
