Helio Costa was born in Barbacena, son of a taxi driver and a factory worker. He was the only one of their 5 children to go to University. Always worked to help support his family, he was a radio DJ at 15, and by the time he was 20 he arrives at Belo Horizonte working by day and studying by night. He is a successful journalist and gets to report from 73 different countries.

Tito Ryff graduated in Economy by the “Faculté de Droit et Science Economiques de L’Université” in 1968 and in the same establishment he took a Masters in Economy. In England he specialized in Agriculture Economy in the University of Oxford.

Loyd Benson joined the Board of Trustees of Pioneer Telephone Cooperative, Kingfisher, Oklahoma on March 10, 1997 and became the President and Principal Executive Officer in February, 2003.  In this expanded role, he has responsibility not only for general operations of the Cooperative, but for economic development efforts in the communities served by Pioneer as well.

Davi Caproni is the general manager for Juniper Networks Brazil since 2000. The executive was responsible for the company’s launch in the Brazilian market and, afterwards, in South America.

Huai Yu Li, master degree of Shanghai JiaoTong University, 34 years old, has rich experience in the media industry, and previous to SMG he used to be the CTO of Shanghai Network Co., Ltd.

A global telecommunications executive with experience in Europe, North and South America, Mary Francia is Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Philips Consumer Electronics, a division of Royal Philips Electronics of the Netherlands. In this position, Ms. Francia has responsibility for developing Home Networks in the Americas with IP enabled devices for access, communications, control, and entertainment.

Aldo Labra is responsible for Broadband Business Division at Telefónica del Sur, the main Telecom Operator in the south of Chile.

Mr. Gazzolo, the founder of IPTV Americas, has taken IPTV Americas from a project to full deployment and implementation of the first SD MPEG-4 Headend in Latin America. This gives the Telcos in Latin America a solution to offer triple play with their present network infrastructure, and considerably improve the Time to Market their IPTV service.
